Dollar General — Local services in Scranton

The customer service team is very hard to get along with because they seem particularly unhappy with Caucasian customers and their customer service has always been very poor in my opinion I have been trying to reach out to the general manager to see if they would be willing to take a look into it for themselves and have been told that they would call back if they would like to see what they are treating some of the customers like I have videos of their behavior on many different occasions in which they would be kind to African American customers and unkind and plain rude to Caucasian customers I have no idea what to do about this and I’m very frustrated that they have no idea how to deal with the customer respectfully I don’t understand why they don’t do anything about it it’s very sad in this day to be racially motivated to destroy the customers whose service has kept them afloat they have no respect or refused to human kindness and it’s very sad I don’t want to even go there at times I have been brought to tears and it’s not fair to the customers that are honest to goodness being treated like this I am so very sad I had to resort to posting a review in hopes of getting some kind of help and change the situation allowing people to be treated like they should be ………an absolute...
