The mistake with my order, combined with the rushed quality of the printed shirts and the misplaced logo placement, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Instead of constructive dialogue, they attempted to pressure me into paying for their mistake by claiming to have audio recordings of my order, which was unprofessional.
As someone who actively supports local small businesses, I expected a higher level of care and consideration. This experience, unfortunately, did not meet those expectations.

As a last minute scramble, another friend and I found her a gift and we searched for someone to get her name embroidered on it before she left. But of course, the holidays were just around the corner and we couldn't find anyone within our short timeframe, until we contacted this company. The owner Corey was awesome and very professional. My friend spoke with Corey on Thursday afternoon, and he said he could have it ready for us by Friday. I dropped it off to him Friday morning, and in less than an hour (including the time it took to pick out the color thread), it was done.
