NEVER AGAIN! Had a calf processed there. Was told the meat would be vacuum packed. NOT! It came back to me in large sealed bags of meat and bone. I had to actually separate all the meat and vacuum seal it myself. All the bone was returned to me as if I had a way to dispose of it. Steaks were marked as soup bone. The round steak came back as a huge 20 or so pound of meat, not sliced. I asked for a small amount of stew meat, steaks, roast, and make the rest in hamburger. I came home with about 30 pounds of hamburger and 40 pounds of stew meat. Too lazy to grind it I guess so I’ll have to do it myself. I I trimmed another 20 pounds of hamburger off the bones they sent home with me. Overall experience, terrible! I’ll never use them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone. They asked me for tip when I was picking my goat I thought it was odd but I gave the guy $20 .. he pretended to be from palestine and he is the biggest scammer at that place. When its time to sacrifice they have rookie and untrained employees and one of them who was skinning my goat did such a bad job that he left most of the meat on the skin then they will you that they will not cut normal size pieces but rather huge chunks and that we have to do it at home. It is cow, goat, and Sheep paradise. Then, I picked out a young bull. They processed it for me. Sam’s workers were very polite and great to work with.
