The first time I purchased with the CSUMB bookstore, everything went fine. However this semester has been horrible. I paid an extra fee to have my textbook delivered in two days. I waited, waited waited, nothing. Called and they said that it was marked for shipping on the computer, but on the book itself it was marked doe pick up. (Note this call was at 8am). They said they were sorry for the mistake and that they would overnight ship. Waited and still nothing. Called again and the said it would be delivered that day. 7 days after my initial purchase!! They offered nothing to make up for the EXTRA money I spent for 2 day delivery either time. Very disappointed.
PS. Writing this and still have not received textbook. Homework needs to be done and I am behind 4 days of class...

Books are grouped by authors last name, not by subject.
There is not a printed class/book list so you have to access your class list online.
