Dollar General — Local services in Sebewaing Township

This place has become a joke. I've been in twice in the last month and both times items did not ring up the advertised sale price that was stuck right to the merchandise hanger I pulled the item from. The first time I was in a time crunch and just accepted the upcharge thinking I may have just grabbed the wrong item. I paid and got back to my local business to discover the item (sheets) had been sliced by a box cutter during stocking so they were unusable anyway. The second time, I was using the self check. I clicked the "call for help" button and got no response from the 2 cashier's standing by the standard register. I always give the store the benefit of the doubt, so I paid and walked to the end where they were to ask about it. The manager was assisting a woman at the register so I asked the other cashier. He asked the manager who said "I'm not sure, you'll have to go look" back to the second cashier. I waited patiently. He never said anything further and did not go look. After waiting for a handful of minutes, I ended up just leaving. As the owner of a local business, I'll recommend that our guests use the other businesses in town....

It was the dirtiest dollar general I have evet been in. When you first walk in the floors were so dirty, filthy dirty to where I didn't want to shop, bought my Excedrin and s bottle of water, asked if they had a restroom to use, they said yes. Walked in there it was so disgusting I just left. Will not be returning to this location. I wouldn't of even gave it one star, but it won't let you leave s response without...

Dollar general is the exact same across the board. If you have been in one you have been in them all... they only time I really go in here is if I'm camping I can find what I forgot for cheap so that's nice. The quality isn't always the best so I dont expect it to last past the weekend....
