I will first start off this review with the fact that I was treated some type of way about three years ago when I was visiting from Florida. My cousin and I were off to Caseville beach and decided to stop in the market to purchase some beer and snacks we entered the market I had realized I had some empty soda cans in my vehicle that I wanted to clean up So I carried them in to do so. As I walked in with Small bag full of cans I thought to myself what a nuisance it was to have to return your soda and beer cans for a deposit as in the state of Florida we do not have a deposit, you either recycle them or throw them away. As I entered the market and a man Who seemed to have a disability with one of his eyes “The owner” Guided me to the back of the store near the beer coolers where there was a cart for empty Soda and beer cans, He then asked me how much did I have?. I then stood there in slight confusion thinking to myself wow I’m not really sure and then I guessed $3 maybe ??? The man then came from behind the counter and walked to the back where I had been directed to take the empty cans that quite frankly just wanted out of my car because It was a messy nuisance them collecting in my car. The mans demeanor completely changed towards me and he began to count the cans that I had placed in the cart as he counted out loud to $2.60. He then changed his whole demeanor ten fold displaying a horrible Vibe towards me and treated me with such utter disrespect accusing me of lying to him and trying to pull a fast one over on him a.k.a. stealing from him. The man then told me that I would never be able to return Cans to his market ever again because I had lied to him. My jaw just completely dropped to the floor in absolute disbelief that this was actually happening I then raised my sunglasses off of my eyes and looked him dead in his one eye with absolute disgust that I was actually being accused of ripping this man off for a total of $.40. The $.40 That I had been off by guessing how many cans I was returning when he had asked and I genuinely did not know how much was there. I was left baffled and absolutely appalled to the point of asking him if he was joking!!!!! And how dare he accuse me of stealing especially $.40. I then explained to him that I was worth a lot more decency and class to rip a Local store owner off in the village that my grandmother resided in for $.40. After that day I had never felt the same about that man or his establishment and kept my distance and took my business elsewhere. Over the years I have gained some forgiveness and let my hard feelings go and I started to frequent the establishment once again Spending my hard earned money in once again to only be completely disrespected and made to feel bad vibes and nothing but bad judgement being casted upon me like absolute scum of the earth. I now live permanently in the state of Michigan and I work third shift in Huron county I have a small little girl home w my great aunt who was babysitting this morning. I thought I’d stop in the market and buy her a pack of cigarettes to show my gratitude. As I walked into the market I had realized that I had no wallet on me or any form of payment due to the fact that I raced out of the house for work last night forgetting my purse, As I realize this I thought to myself I’m a good customer I wonder if this man will hear my situation and allow me to get the pack of cigarettes and come back this afternoon and pay for them?. I then asked the man With a disabled are the same man that had disrespected me years ago how he felt about me doing that, He then looks at me and absolute disgust telling me no he cannot do that. I then started to feel the horrible vibes that I had once fell years ago with nothing but judgment cast it upon me and treated as if I was scum to the earth. As a Business owner it is this man’s absolute right to deny any credit to anyone and I completely respect that, however The vibes that were casted upon me and the absolute disrespect that I treated with Was just absolutely...
