Update! I went by the shop after their response to my experience. Star was very professional and apologetic for what happened. She fixed the issue and made sure that I knew that this should have never happened. She definitely strives for customer satisfaction. I will give them another chance in the future for my tire needs!

I had gone to this shop to have a tire patched a couple months ago. I thought the young man helping me was very helpful, very informative, and making sure what needed to be done was done correctly. Bring it to two days ago, I needed to replace that tire because it was just time. The patch was still holding, but the tread was rough. The man at Discount Tire came to get me to show me that my tire sensor had been broken and taped onto my tire with electrical tape. I was never made aware that my sensor had been broken by Stars Tire Shop. I had to pay $70 to have this sensor replaced when it was broken at this shop. I will not...

Amazing experience! First, I appreciate the customer service -- from the time I called about our breaks/rotors, through their inspection and recommendation, up until pick up, this team did an incredible job making us feel welcome and well informed. We were sent pictures and given options, and then follow up pictures once the work was completed.
