We ordered a plant to be delivered to Ashley's JH Williams, which was handling funeralizing of a dear family member, because we would not be able to attend the services. Ms. Kim was very patient and kind in taking my order and helping me decide even though she had closed the shop and was about to leave to attend to another customer's event. She promised to deliver the plant the next morning. Somehow the plant got misdirected and did not make our funeral. There were several conversations with both Ms. Kim and personnel at the funeral home trying to determine what had gone wrong. The funeral home was courteous but not helpful. To resolve the issue, Ms. Kim offered to deliver another plant to the family so they would know we did not forget them. Calling from Huntsville, I sincerely appreciated Kim’s professionalism, patience and kindness as she listened to my requests and guided me in selecting beautiful and meaningful decorative arrangements that met all my requirements. Going above and beyond, without asking, I received a follow-up call letting me know that the flowers had been delivered to the Funeral Home within the timeline and was sent photos of the lovely flowers as well.
