Today was my first time ever going to Lorieâs. I called early and was advised I could come in at 1045 as a walk in. I called back and asked if I could bring a second dog. The scheduler said yes. I called and said I could find a leash and was told they would help me when I arrived. I found a few purse straps that worked after all, but will still happy with their offer. I called back and asked if they took cash only or cards. They were so sweet and never seemed annoyed with my multiple calls. My PJ (female Queensland) and Teddy (male Yorkie) look great. They behaved well which tells me they weee treated well. They came home with cute bandanas around their necks. The accommodated by last minute scheduling, an additional dog and I know they worked later than planned to take care of my doggies. Be careful with appointments here. I had 2 occasions in which an emergency came up and couldn't take my dogs for their appointments. As such I was distracted and simply forgot to call (my life is hectic). To my surprise, I found out I had $60 in no show fees waiting for me. To top it off they notified me after I dropped off my dog. A $45 grooming cost me over $100. I couldn't see any fees posted inside of the shop, if they are there, they are not easily noticed. The worst part is that later that day, we lifted off the "free scarf" they put on my dog only to find it was being used to cover a major cut they neglected to inform us of.
