
I visited this salon for a trim(2-3 inches off ) asking specifically to keep my V-line and curtain bangs as they were. Unfortunately, the stylist cut off significantly more than I requested, taking my hair length from my hips to just below my chest. My curtain bangs looked more like straight bangs. I called the same day because I didnāt want to make a scene with the stylist but life happens and I was not able to come in. I gave it 2 weeks, hoping Iād grow to like it, but everyday I was still unhappy with the result. When I returned to get it fixed, no one mentioned there would be an additional charge. After she semi fixed the correction, the stylist informed me I still had to pay $20. I was quite surprised, as I wouldnāt have come back if I knew Iād be charged for someoneās mistake. I went in for a consultation and he was very thorough and explained everything to me and asked if i had any questions. The next day I went back for coloring and I had changed my mind of what I wanted. He was very accommodating. Long story short, he did what I asked for and knew exactly what to do. I left there extremely happy with my hair and that hasn't happened in a long time. He's very talented in what he does and I will definitely be going back...
