They keep giving me the run around to get my money back from being sold a bad product. They are making us buy all of the spoiled salads and putting the fresh salads at the back. None of the food I'm our vending machine is fresh. Its frost bit and stale like its been in there for months. Some of the stuff has been in there since I started working here 6 months ago. (Update: they deleted my first review because truth is bad PR apparently 10/9/21) I brought these guys to my business for a quote, told me all the amazing things about their machines and the real time features in case something breaks. Once I asked about profit sharing, the whole attitude changed. They want to put this machine in my business for free without my company seeing any profit. When I asked for more information about their profit sharing (you had to meet a minimum requirement) the representative nor their managers responded and completely ghosted us. This company is terrible!!!! The machines constantly take your money and do not dispense the product. When you call to make them aware they always transfer to you and at the end of the conversation even with showing proof you still don't receive your money back.
