Charwood Deli — Restaurant in Maryland

Had the most worst experience today , I ordered food and I was standing on the side and a worker said I was making them uncomfortable. Which doesn’t make sense because I’m on my phone and they are supposed to be working. Then another lady said move and sit down. Then the Male owner came over and I told him , I’m on my phone and he tried to tell the women to calm down but they are just racist and I assume they said that because I am a Tall Black Man. I’ve been there many times so I am still in shock the service I received.

This is a Response to the owner , I did record you after I got my food and you were still continued being Racist creating a uncomfortable environment so YES I did and I have the video. They are TERRIBLE, when you ask them to cook the food the way you what it.You go to pick it up and you get burnt onion rings and you complain they say that is the way they cook them (What the heck), When you ask for your bacon not to be hard they give you last week bacon that has been in the frigde and you can tell when you eat it. I will NEVER GO BACK. They accept you to eat what they want and not complain. I would like to reiterate how racist the owner is towards black prior he refuses service when he is dead wrong and lacks accountability he is condescending and I would never spend my money here. Very unprofessional experience. Owner was very condescending towards me because I felt rushed while trying to take my order, he would not even make eye contact with me or apologize for his behavior. I drive all the way there for him to say he will not serve me because I said I didn’t like how I was being rushed to take my order. I had questions about the menu items and he refused to allow me to even ask question. Very unprofessional businessman, very prejudice and I happy he didn’t let me pay so I can take my money somewhere they value customer service....
