I bought a set of recliners from foothills furniture few months ago, Tracy did an excellent job helping us with our purchase, and we found really nice recliners but I am so disappointed with our choice because the recliners are poorly build 😢, I informed to the store that I was having issues with my recliners and they sent someone to my house that fixes furniture but it only fixed the issue for a couple of weeks and the springs underneath the recliner keep coming off so I ended up with bad scratches on my hardwood floor, it's a constantly hassle to keep putting the springs back in place, I have to lift heavy furniture, they don't hold the weight and we aren't heavy people 😢 I contacted the store again and I didn't hear back...

Would have given this a five star as we were happy with our purchase, however the guy in the glasses on the show floor was extremely rude. We didnt ask one employee to go to the back and bring up more mattresses to look at. But he kindly said he was going to get a couple and the other man walked over and said we cant bring out a hundred mattresses to look at. I was like well we didnt ask him to either. This was not the only rude comment made, but anyway, Tracy was exceptional and very kind and the only reason we went through with our purchase. Great smaller furniture store with exceptional service! Tracy answered all our questions and gave us great ideas! We purchased a recline sofa and loveseat and she ordered us the matching ottoman. A man and his son delivered to our 7th floor condo two days later and hauled away our old sofa and love seat. We will deal with Foothills from now on. Forget about the huge red building sitting on top of the hill. Their rudeness prompted us to leave and find Foothills Furniture! Great...
