Not sure how this place has almost 5 stars. Let me start by saying we saw the sign that says please be patient as our food is cooked fresh every day.
We order and 45 minutes goes by. We notice the people who came in and ordered after us (also spent a good few minutes looking at the menu before ordering) receive their food before us. I then ask how much longer on our order. She goes to speak with the cook and I'm assuming something was said about not knowing because the cook then says "oh, that's pretty easy" after finding/looking at the ticket. The cook then looks at me and says about 15-20 minutes. I asked why the people that came in after us received their food before us. The lady working at the counter started arguing with me. She first said nobody received their order before me. I explained to her the people that just left with their food came in after us. She then tries to give me the excuse it was because they ordered pizza. Well if your food is made fresh why would that matter? The food should be made in the order it was received. She continues to ask (rudely) if I want to cancel my order and get a refund. My family and I decided just to wait because we had already been waiting this long and didn't want to have to go wait another hour at another place. The lady then comes out with food and says I think this is yours, it in fact was not and was for the second group of people who came in after us.
Clearly our order was overlooked. Instead of arguing with me and causing a scene, accountability should have been taken. I do believe it was a blessing in disguise though because the food we saw did NOT look worth the money. Do NOT recommend this...
Read moreWe drove so far out of our way from our hotel to get to this place. Iâm convinced the reviews are overly supportive family members OR they are paying someone to take down the bad ones. Only thing they had going for them was friendly employees. The pizza was overcooked, absolutely flavorless, & extremely thin/crunchy crust (which wasnât advertised or in the pics & options werenât given when ordering) or we wouldnât have ordered it at all. They put some kind of seasoning Iâm assuming was garlic salt/powder in a cup in the box that should have absolutely been put on the pizza because it tasted like biting into stale, dry cardboard. Even after applying all 3 cups of extras in the box (parmesan cheese, chili flakes, & the mystery seasoning)âŚwe deemed it inedible. What a waste. I took 3-4 big bites each time thinking the flavor would hit or it would grow on me & we might as well have picked up a pack of rice cakes for dinner cause theyâre more satisfying than this âpizzaâ. It went in the trash. You need to understand we donât waste food. So to throw it away should tell you how bad it was. Save your time, save your money. Go to that other place youâve been eyeing,...
Read moreAs a service junkie, having spent decades working toward the best of customer service, I appreciate good service, above any amount of flavor and taste you can instill with good food. These guys all take pride in taking care of the customer. Every single employee that I encountered was smiling and showed genuine concern as to rather I enjoyed my meal. The food was good and I enjoyed it, and only dropped one star because it would be nice to have a few diabetic friendly items on the menu. Perhaps a good chef salad, a soup, or anything that doesn't involve bread. I enjoyed the wrap, but as someone who controls their diabetes with diet, I know that the wrap contains more carbs than is desired. Perhaps a keto bread or even keto tortilla shells for the wrap. The grilled chicken on the wrap instead of breaded and fried, was very pleasant and made a good start! It was delicious enough to make me want to double up and...
