Dollar General — Local services in Seward

The store is allways a mess you can't get around due to boxes unpacked,all I see them do is follow you around to see if your steeling,I'm 50 years old.all I want to do is take my time read about products or find something new ,ask questions were to fined something then you can't find anyone.but they were just pretending to work in same lane but next few days same dam mess us there,back to find someone to get help is like a miracle.never same faces to build a bond with them.or they live in same area and if they heard a rumour on there off time they take it to work and talk to someone there checking out about gossip I don't want to o hear cuz I'm the next to ring out and by then I'm very up set that they might have hurt someone just cuz they heard a rumour.that hurts ppl in a certain small town.99 percent you struggle just to live there cuz ppl take things to work,or they won't t let you come into store,cuz they might not like them cuz they heard they do drugs.they embarrassed a customer that was 3 on line said your not aloud in my store I front of a lot of ppl that day she said why what's the reason.that managger at the time ,she actually said we don't serve drug attics.i was pissed and spoke my mined then more ppl joined in told her who dose she think she was embarrassed this mother of 2 little kids.the manager had not been there for about a year.she lost a lot of customers when she word we all would drive ten to fifteen away to another store she's horribly mean.but every day is like a zoo in there.something has to be done.new Florence store is clean but managment follows you every were all so. When they started that I called police for stalking me.i done nothing but walk in and I guess i look like a theaf.for her to make my shopping experience horrible.so i tend to notice there all m pretty much that way.well I will go out of my way to shop in peace when I need help I easy can find.sorry your losing money from ppl you hire cuz ppl like me have a choice bocote...

I went for a 3day sale for bogo toilet paper that began today, unfortunately this store had none in stock, (they had sold out by roughly noon). When I asked the manager, Chris, if they had any in the back or hadnt put out yet, she took the time to explain that they didnt but would be getting a truck sometime tomorrow and she hoped additional stock would be on it. She told me they dont know until the truck comes, and it could arrive anywhere between 7am and 9pm, but I could call and they would let me know if any came in. Although I am sure she was as frustrated as I was, she never let on and couldnt have been more helpful or pleasant. I wish all dollar general employees/managers acted like Chris, she was an example of how a manager should handle...

I don't have a problem with the store, only when it comes to Western Union cash pick up, they stated that they don't do Western union anymore. So, can Western union remove the service from.the store so the local community knows not to go to do any transactions. Overall, The store us clean and the customer service is amazing.
