So, I see someone else had a similar experience as I did and they replied to them like it was me 🤔. I’m Eric and I had the worst customer service I have experienced dealing with a company. No communication, no mock ups, no explanation of delays or progress. Asked for status update and received one word reply’s like I was an inconvenience to deal with. This is after I was notified it had shipped. I checked in 4 days later and was told it should be shipping that day. After another day or two, I asked again and was informed it should be finished up today. This is after I paid extra for expedited processing and delivery. So now we’re at a month past ordering, with expedited shipping, with almost zero communication, and no mock ups. I ask again for tracking information and status update. They cancelled the order!!!!!!!!! Can only lead me to believe they never made it and realized we were displeased. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Only positive about the experience was that I got a refund. Too bad it was a month after I ordered and a week after it was supposed to have shipped. Ended up getting one from MaineFlagWorks. Jason was amazing, did mock ups and delivered on time, with communication throughout the process, and a beautiful noodle board that was $40 cheaper, and he upgraded the already free shipping. I placed a order on a Thursday, even reviews a confirmation on that day. Monday rolls around and still no order shipped email. Tuesday, and I say give me a refund or ship the order. They try to say that I ordered it on a Friday and of weekends. Ok, but what about Monday, and Tuesday still no order even dropped off at the shipping. These people will take your money and run. If you speak up about wanting any kind of professionalism; the only professionalism you'll get is for your speedy refund. And besides, it was a terrible design for way too much money.
They again are so quick to try to push a narrative that is not true. Yet at this time I still have no refund. Their business hours says they're closed but they can respond to reviews but not give out any refunds. Be warned folks. Here's their professionalism for full display to the customers.
Oh, and telling them you're reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or saying your willing to sure to get your money back that they received is apparently extortion. Well see what my lawyer says.

I finally reached Debbie by phone and she said she would mail my board asap - still waiting and now she is not answering her phone or returning emails. Beware of ordering from this company. I will be happy to update this post once and if I ever receive my order or refund.
*Update - Debbie assured us she would mail out our refund check ASAP before Christmas. As of today, January 11, still no check. It has now been over a year since we placed our order. I would encourage everyone to look elsewhere. There are many great options out there where you won't be scammed. So sad.
Looks like other customers have had the same problem and have had to work with the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer to get their refund. I will start this process this week.
