Cargo Van-Go — Local services in Shakopee

Terrible customer service from beginning to end. I gave them a 6 hour heads-up that I was coming in to look at a vehicle. I arrived when I had indicated, yet the van was completely snowed in. After looking over the vehicle for 25 minutes my wife finally went back to the office to get the keys since it was obvious nobody was going to come and tell us about the vehicle. Before even pulling out of the parking spot, we were confronted by the owner (Kyle?) who talked to us like we were children about how he "wouldn't take a penny below asking." How about a "Hello" first? I wanted to walk away at that point, but we decided to give the vehicle a look since we took time off work to drive down. Within moments of investigating it was clear that the vehicle was nothing more than lipstick on a pig. Very rough shape, 4 mismatched tires, none of the fluids were clean, bondo on the rear doors, door seals falling out of place, driver side door was falling out of the hinge, loose screws and hardware all over the floor, and the list goes on. Truly a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find your next vehicle anywhere else. These people do not deserve your time...

Honestly would not suggest this place. These guys are mechanics and buy their cars from auctions so they have absolutely no idea what the condition of the car is but will sell it to you for highest price on the market. The titles are also salvaged but they won't tell you that until the sale. As a single mother and in desperate need of a car, I ended up purchasing one and it was one of the worst decisions I have made. I even emailed them and asked them to buy the car back for me (wishful thinking) because I come from a small town and there is no way I could sell that piece of crap there without anybody hunting me down. Of course, it was cricket after the sale. Go figure. Anyways wanted to leave my honest review to save someone else the money and hassle...
