The Flavorful Fork — Local services in Shamong Township

Fran and The Flavorful Fork have been lifesavers for our family. Both my wife and I work full-time and often get home late at night. We've been looking for healthy meal options for years, but finding that combination has been a real challenge. Either the meals tasted great, but were lacking on the nutritious aspect or they were healthy and bland. We began the meal service with Flavorful Fork five years ago and have never looked back. Fran is an amazing chef. The food tastes so great ...it's hard to believe it is also nutritious. But it is! And the convenience of having meals waiting for us when we get home is just an added bonus. We used to get home after a full day and have to start cooking. Now thanks to The Flavorful Fork, that time is spent all hanging out together. I highly recommend Fran and Flavorful fork to any one looking for delicious, healthy meals as well as increased quality time...

This past weekend, my friends and I (eight adults) had another lovely dinner experience with Chef Fran and her assistant, Sara. Fran was as tremendous as we had remembered from our last experience, a few years ago. She was able to offer us so many choices for each of the five courses, and was excellent about customizing a couple of the plates for some very specific dietary needs. Fran and Sara brought all the equipment and groceries they needed, expertly prepared all courses, served them at a perfect pacing (not too fast or slow), and cleaned-up afterwards, leaving the kitchen just as clean as they found it. Everything was as delicious as if we had went out to a very nice restaurant, but we were able to enjoy everything in the comforts of home. I highly recommend Chef Fran to those that are looking to host that perfect dinner party, without the hassle of cooking...

Because of the pandemic last year… we were not able to celebrate my mothers 80th birthday properly. So this year we wanted to make her birthday extra special for her. I was in search of a chef for a special luncheon for 14 ladies. I found Fran just by doing a search. And after reading all of the wonderful reviews decided to take a chance. I am absolutely elated that I did! Wow! What a meal Fran prepared for us! From the appetizers to the salad to the entrée to the desert! Flawless… Delicious… Abundant! My guess were so impressed and have been talking about the luncheon for days. Fran and Khadijah… Thank you so much for the wonderful food It was the easiest event I have ever done. The Flavorful Fork did all the planning and preparation and clean up. I cannot wait to work ...
