I had a terrible experience at this Costco. I have never been treated so poorly. I was mocked and lied to over and over. I am so angry and disappointed by this. I have been going to Costco for my entire life. I will be driving the extra 15 minutes longer to go back to the Dedham Costco where they actually treat customers with respect. Not to mention that last time I went to Sharon they didn't have any chickens because they closed down early. It's a shame because I was so excited for the new Costco and the layout is beautiful, but I have never felt more disrespected in my entire life. I hope management figures it out. After reading the reviews from below I wanted to bring them up to the top again because clearly the tire service area needs some fixing. I had tires put on at 7:30pm, I went home and the next morning at 8am I had tire blow out on I95. So I went back to Costco, only to be treated so poorly by the staff. They insisted it was my fault and I HIT A POTHOLE. They were so rude about it over and over and over again. I said clearly it is a faulty tire and no one is to blame for this mistake, but I did needed them to replace it. THEY REFUSED. After standing my ground and arguing with these people they finally agreed. I sat for 45 minutes only for them to come back out and say " Your rim is bent because YOU HIT A POTHOLE, and we cant do anything about it." They threw the tire in my trunk and asked me to leave. I want them to know how rude, inconsiderate and down right disrespectful of me, and my time that this was. I want Jim Segal himself to come down here and fix this, I want corporate to know that I am a lifetime customer who had the worst experience ever and I will tell everyone I know. I don't know if these men in the tire shop are just sexist, or just so miserable with their lives that they feel the need to fight every customer that comes in here. Read moreCostco Installed my wheels backwards, and then refused to take responsibility for the permanent damage to my brand new tires as a result of their mistake. I saw my wheels were installed backwards through the window from the storeside, my rim turbines were backwards. It wasnt until I pointed it out did they fix their mistake, except their mistake had already caused permanent damage to the tire because it rubbed against the suspension spring and now Costco refuses to cover the damage to my brand new tire. Their tire technicians know NOTHING about cars, and are too stupid to recognize backwards wheels. They don't care if you drive off with unsafe conditions! Tire manager said all they do is install tires and that they don't know anything else! Extremely dangerous to get tires installed here. I don't want to imagine what else they are doing to customer vehicles here. Customers are supposed to trust them to not mess up their cars but the technicians and even the manager don't know basic things about car wheels. You make it unnecessarily complicated to go grocery shopping by not listing what’s in the isles or providing a map of your giant, cold, dungeon of a warehouse. I usually have to bring my twin toddlers and the extra hassle of not knowing where things are makes it twice as difficult.
