100% Recommend Beauty Care Choices. This was my first purchase with this company. I won't go into major long details, but there was a slight issue with my product (that was not Beauty Care Choices fault; it had to do with the product that was provided by the vendor/creator of the product). I reached out to Beauty Care Choices by phone, and immediately was able to speak with a representative (without a long wait or automated responses, which I know can be unavoidable for some companies, but it was so nice to not have that experience with Beauty Care Choices). Karina immediately took my call, and she could not have been nicer, more helpful, and more understanding - she was truly wonderful and resolved my issues without any trouble. I am honestly so impressed with Karina's kind customer service, and the companies "customer care" policies. This experience won me over as a customer, and even though this particular product did not work out for me - they have gained a new loyal customer right here.
