Amy and her team at Fed and Full are truly incredible. They provide extraordinary dining experiences and exceed expectations at every turn. My family have been long time clients of Fed and Full and we will continue to be indefinitely. Amy's combination of personable service, creativity, and culinary skill are unmatched in the private chef game. She also has the local knowledge and connections to the best food purveyors providing the best in season ingredients in the area.

For a time we used to ask Amy and her team to make us specific meals and types of food. After years of getting to know each other Amy has taken the initiative to get to know our tastes and we now leave almost all menu planning up to her. It's almost a completely hands off process for us where we are surprised and wowed by her skill and creativity. She does all this while accommodating food allergies and preferences flawlessly. Simultaneously, she stocks our kitchen with all the necessary essentials, prepares grab and go snacks, and decorates our cabin with gorgeous flowers.

As two overworked parents needing a few nights off from cooking, we decided to treat ourselves and hire Amy with Fed and Full to create the staycation vibe we were going for. While we adventured around this beautiful place we call home in Lake Tahoe, she was preparing the most incredible dinner experience for us to come home to. She went above and beyond the call of duty, was extremely personable and felt less like a hired chef and more like a friend after just a few moments. Her menu suggestions were right on par with the “likes and dislikes” that we sent her and we found her communication leading up to our meals together prompt and professional, along with her attention to detail being far behind what we expected. She had an amazing way of taking ingredients we know and love and using them in a way we never thought possible. THE most delicious steak, gorgeously presented fall salad and we ended the night with sea salt topped s’mores that I’m still drooling over.

Amy did a fabulous job catering a sit down dinner party for our son's 30th birthday party for 13 people at our home in Kirkwood. She was so helpful in answering all my questions during the planning phase, letting me know the menu options, giving me feedback on the table decorations, and place settings etc. Amy arrived mid-day with 6 inches of snow on the ground in 4 wheel drive truck and 2 very capable assistants (Abby and Mallory) not worried about the roads at all. They prepared a scrumptious dinner from scratch. The service was just right...there when we needed them. Everything worked like clockwork. And the kitchen was completely clean and dishes in dishwashers afterwards. Plus leftovers put away in the refrigerator...that we enjoyed the next day.
