iRISE Performance — Local services in Shawnee

Per the contract agreement we are to give a thirty day notice to stop auto draft from our account. I sent my first attempt to request cancellation of membership on Nov. 3, 2023 & did not get a response… I made a second attempt on January 4, 2024 but this time requesting cancellation & a refund. This time he responded and advised he would get it cancelled and issue a refund. While the membership was canceled, no refund was given. Before the cancellation was submitted another draft was taken from my account. I went to my bank and provided them with proof that I followed protocol and they were not able to get a response from Ejay Jackson either. I made another attempt to collect my refund back on May 1, 2024 via email and text and while he did respond via text message, there was no further action taken. I think this is poor business practice and I WILL NOT EVER do business with this...

iRISE PERFORMANCE has changed my life! I've struggled with my weight forever, since I was a kid. I had unsuccessful two bariatric surgeries, been on doctor prescribed and over the counter medications, and then I joined the iRISE family.
