Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center Jail — Local services in Shawnee

I have never been there, I have heard horror stories from my friend's who have. When a person is diabetic and reqiure life saving medicine, the guard's and nursing staff best quit using 'she or he' is "FAKING IT" ! ! If someone is having a seizure, HEY! THEY AREN'T FAKING IT ! ! Don't FEED someone something you WOULDN'T feed your KID'S ! ! I believe the jail should be investigated by the OSBI for lack of education for the guard's, just hired on a whim. These "jailer's" need to attend Anger Management for 6 week's, complete standard classes for Human Science, Psychology/Psychiatric degree a bonus for the applicant's. Female Jailer's and Male Jailer's should be separated to individual unit's. Not integrated where Male jailer's come in contact with a female inmate. No I do not want to work for this facility. My opinion, change need's to happen before something terrible goes wrong.

Added information: since this post, I have been wrongfully arrested last year by Officer Starkey acting on a fictitious complaint of Disturbing The Peace. In doing so, Jessica Kay Stallings (the complainant) killed my 13 year old cockatiel, Stormy She knew I had a bird as well as 3 cat's. Jessica Kay Stallings is a living, breathing psychopath. The devil herself when on meth. She should be in a controlled environment as she is a danger to herself and others I was definitely correct about the food at the Pottawatomie County Detention Center. The food is definitely not suitable for human consumption. And you freeze to death in almost Arctic temperature's. Their excuse is to keep the smell down 😂 If people took shower's they wouldn't have to worry...

Guards assaulted me on several occasions, once cuffed on the floor with a concussion three times before refusing to take me to the hospital or give proper medical care, next they shoved liquid medication in my mouth while I had a Major concussion, two times over q grievance for trying to lock us in a pod with raw sewage, three guards assaulted me and finally a Sargent put me in the day room cuffed over night, next Being got got angry and roughed me up, seems the guards are under paid CV and aggregated, there were over 30 cases in one pod with wrongful arrests, most were dismissed it railroaded to prison to be overturned on appeal or a civil rights case, I was cheated out of my jail standards medical treatment as well, Finally a Shawnee cop officer Nichols tried to get jail guard Chris Scott to plant Dope on me on camera, the jail guard refused but nothing was done about my grievance, good and bad! I think people here are angry coming to jail on...

My daughter has severe mental health issues she is pscytzophrenic with visual and auditory hallucinations she quit taking her medication about five years ago she will be 29 in February so I can't make her take any medication if she doesn't want to that is her right she has been in severe psychosis for about six months I've been trying to get somebody to EOD her to impatientso she can be re-evaluated and started on her meds also She is mentally 15.how does she get arrested and listed as a current inmate without any charges listed and no mug shot and when i asked about her bond i was told that they don't know what her charges areor why they haven't...
