I needed to replace a component of an LED recessed light fixture in my daughter's pantry. It turned out to be rather complicated b/c I know very little about electricity. I had three separate interactions with Dwayne Scruggs and it was a pleasure to do business w/ him. In spite of a lot of customers and my not knowing what I was doing, Mr. Scruggs was extremely patient in trying to determine exactly what I needed. Absolutely terrible place. I came in for parts and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. I said I would wouldn't go back. A year later I thought maybe they improved in a year- NOT. They were suppose to order me a part said it would be there on Friday. I show up on Friday and they have no idea where the part is.
