After their causing me some additional health problems through use of treatments which severely compounded my issues, leaving me with lifelong repercussions, and the fact that they go through staff like a cheap hotel so there's no way of getting comfortable with any one doctor, nurse or practitioner, I was subjected to the absolute worst care of my life. Needing to schedule with their most recent addition, a former ER doctor, I was ready to give her a chance and help give her a full picture of my general health and how one issue plays off the other so, together, we could come up with a workable plan. As I spoke, within the first few minutes, it was very obvious she hadn't read my chart and wasn't interested in letting me speak or getting to know me or my concerns. I was insulted and belittled all within well under 10 minutes and left the facility, not only on the verge of tears, but without receiving any care or treatment. She was saying things like, "Sounds like you just came in here to unload." And, "Oh. With your "vast" medical expertise?" I'm not an expert on anyone or anything but myself. I definitely know my own health and what will work or not work for me although clearly SHE DID NOT CARE. I don't understand as I'd only just met her and was under the impression this was a general well check. I was so upset and disgusted I phoned the clinic to ask for their Cheif of Staff and heard the front desk staff laughing so hard they could barely operate the phone. The managing staff I spoke to was blown away when I told her that her doctor had absolutely ZERO bedside manner, insulted me and my intelligence, did not listen, was extremely rude, tactless, condescending, impatient, and uncaring. She did apologize and stated that under no circumstances was this doctor's conduct or passive aggressive verbal abuse acceptable. I'm sorry, but that's just not enough. I continue to be very bothered by the whole experience and though I've gone there for many years, I will never ever go back there...

Dr.Erica Smith is the most trustworthy doctor I've had in this clinic. She is very caring and attentive to my care. Not only does she have incredible bedside manner with myself her patience with my children and family members is exceptional! Not only is Dr. Smith fantastic her nurse is very knowledgeable and attentive to my families care! I would highly recommend this team to anyone! They take Healthcare as their #1...

I am greatly sadden that Dr. Skierka sold out to the Waverly Hospital. I left Dr. Brunkhorst because he too sold out.

I feel sorry for Roger, because he can not find anyone who is willing to come into his office without ungodly high wages, which is not possible in a small town environment

I dread the health care I will have to seek. I really dislike the big corporate health care...
