He then helped me learn how to use my new phone since there were alot of things that were different from my old phone. My only complaint is that when I was discussing what phone I wanted and that I wanted to be sure and get a phone case for it and screen protector I expressed to him that I had a coupon for 20% off of accessories I wanted to use when it came time to get those things for my new phone. Gentry was the kindest person and gave me the BEST customer service experience I have ever had at US Cellular. She stayed after hours to help me and even switched my plan around to save me money. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and got my issues resolved immediately, she was very sweet and amazing to talk with. I've never felt more cared for or respected by a US Cellular employee.
