I ordered a large piece of carpet cut exactly to size. They cut it the wrong size AND rolled the carpet the wrong way.. which made it very difficult for two amateurs to install the carpet. Tried and tried to talk to someone who knew about my order and everytime, the person wasn't the one familiar with the order, had just left, or would return my call.. including the owner and the person who cut the carpet( Gary and Kyle, respectfully). Extremely disappointed and will not return. After seeing your reply to my review I'd like to say , if nothing else, all of that information would have been nice to have been told in any of the three conversations we had previously to even purchasing the carpet. It would also have been the professional thing to do to return our calls after the purchase was made and we had called with the questions and problems. No one ever knew anything and not a soul ever returned our calls as we were told they'd do. So, at the very least, customer service was indeed very lacking and the attitude we've been met with was less than desirable. Still would not recommend this business,...
