I have ordered from Glitzy Girlz for a few years now. I was thrilled to find a plus size boutique that actually offered plus sizes. I also like that the measurements are offered, that helps tremendously with figuring out what size to order. As for the clothing, I love the clothes. Everything is comfortable, the style options are great and the clothes fit (as long as I get the sizing right). Pricing is a bit on the expensive side so try to catch things while on sale. So why only two stars? Well, that comes from communication and shipping. As mentioned, I have ordered numerous times. And in the past, both shipping and communication were great. I received a top one time with a flaw and a simple email resolved the problem quickly. And as for shipping, packages arrived in a normal time frame. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. This year, I have noticed an extreme decline which leads me to reconsider ever ordering again. Communication is almost non-existent. Emails go unanswered, comments online are deleted, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone. And the shipping is the worst. I am a patient person, I understand longer wait times during big sales. However, even those time frames are ignored and packages take absolutely forever. And while severely behind on shipping, they are continuing to run major sales, live sales, etc all while ignoring current customers questioning where orders are. If short-handed or backed up on getting orders shipped, you would think they would slow down a tiny bit on the live sales and everything until better caught up. We often see the response of them being short-handed, having to hire new help, delays are caused by the sale but these issues have been ongoing all year with little to no improvement. Ordering in October, you would think you would have the order at least by November yet there's really no telling when an order will arrive now. Trying to order something cute for a trip or for the holidays is impossible because even though you order long ahead of time, things still probably won't arrive in time for the occasion. I'm currently waiting on an order from mid-October.... no shipping information yet but plenty of emails offering me 50% off, reminding me to shop the sales, informing me of new inventory and inviting me to check out what I'm missing out on. I was so excited to try out their clothes as I had been viewing their site for months but their prices are so high I never ordered. I was able to use Afterpay so I finally made an order. When I got the clothes I was very disappointed with the quality. The clothes are extremely unflattering for plus size figures. The one hoodie I got had pockets on the sides which only accentuated my hips and made me look super wide. Another hoodie had the worst material and was really itchy inside. And I can not get over how long the sleeves were on every single item. They were excessive and went past my hands by about 5 inches. I have NEVER had this issues at any store, ever, in my whole life! My sister tried the clothes on and also laughed at how long the sleeves were. I shouldn't have to roll up the sleeves to wear your clothes. Basically they make the clothes look good on their site but once you get them it's completely different and ugly. I messaged them about a return label and was told I should have got one in my order and then was told by another agent that they don't send return labels and that I am responsible for returning the items and paying for all the shipping fees. That's not very fair when I live in Ohio and you only have 2 stores in Texas. I have never heard of a company not paying for returns. All in all DON'T SHOP HERE!    Read moreI hate to leave a negative review, but after my experience with this boutique, I don’t think I’ll buy from them again. I purchased a neon pink cooler from them Memorial Day weekend. It took a few days to ship and once I received my item (I was so excited)- I find that they sent me the wrong cooler. The box was all beat up, tape coming off the box. So I reached out to customer service on Thursday, even called and left a voicemail. You can’t call and actually speak to a customer service rep. It took days for CS to get back to me, I had to leave comments on their Instagram page and DM them for CS to even respond to me. They quickly got the package shipped to me, and I was excited to finally get the cooler I spent $135 on. This time- the package was even WORSE. The return label glitzy girl included in my box was literally falling out (PICTURED), it could have easily been lost. Leaving me to cover an unnecessary shipping charge. The tape was not even holding the box closed, and it looked like someone kicked the box with a dent in the side of it. Upon opening it- I received my beautiful pink cooler. No supportive packing materials, so there were a few scratches on the front, some oily handprints on it?? (PICTURED) and the front sticker was coming off.
