I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING CAR AUDIO WISE. I specifically asked them to run my rcas on the opposite side of my vehicle than the amp power so I would not get signal interference. I noticed recently that I had a mold/mildew smell mainly coming from my front passenger side. So today I decided to investigate that plus upgrade my power wire to a bigger size as well as upgrade my ground since I’ve done my big 4. Not only did they run my rcas beside the power for the amp. They also did not replace the existing grommet or even go through that existing grommet to get through my firewall and I now have major mold all the way to my rear passenger seat. Supposed to be professional and they are absolutely not. After over a year of running my this system and doing my own research to be able to build up my own systems. I realize all the things they did completely wrong but told me was all done right. $1250 down the drain from someone taking advantage of a person just starting out with their first system. Disrespectful. My vehicles oem carpet and sound deadening all need to be replaced because of an absolutely disgusting installation. If I knew what I do now I would have NEVER gone here. Only thing that was worth going there for was the slot ported enclosure for my two 10’s. Be sure if you ever have gone here to check every single thing they touched or you’ll end up spending another $1500 on carpet/deadening replacements. Nik is awesome! He completely redid the sound system in my 1992 C4 Corvette. It got the whole works: all new wiring, new front and rear speakers, a subwoofer in the back, an amplifier, and a new head unit aswell. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful through the whole process and afterwards. When you go to Niks Audio you aren't just paying someone random to put new speakers in your car. Nik is an artist with car audio and he won't do you wrong so ask him what he would do to it if it were his car and go with his suggestions, unless you have a specific reason for wanting something a certain way. While I was there someone else came in and was having their sound system that Nik did 10 years taken out and put in their new car they liked it so much. If that doesn't say enough about the quality and longevity of the work he does, then I don't know what would. These guys here are top notch! I was wanting to surprise my gf with a new sound system in her jeep. I contacted Nik and told him what I was trying to do and the kind of system she needed, he and his crew were very eager to help me with my surprise. In one week, when the day came to get it installed, we only had a very narrow time frame to install the system before I had to be back without ruining the surprise. These guys killed it! It was like watching a reality tv show when they have a clock and they're trying to restore a car or something. They were able to complete the task very efficiently and thorough. The Polk audio system sounded great and was tuned very well! Very nice, professional, and also extremely knowledgeable in audio equipment, components, and sound quality.
