CVS — Local services in Shickshinny

Do NOT go here for UPS services.

I walked in and firstly I wasn’t greeted. Then I said “hi, can I do UPS here” to which the associate, Chris, just rolled her eyes in response, then just tapped on the counter for me to place my package down. Admittedly she did TRY to scan all my barcodes and said they won’t scan and said I needed a new label. I don’t have access to do this unfortunately. So I drove the hour round trip to the nearest UPS store where they had me in and out in under 60 seconds, scanned my label and said it was perfectly fine.

So I don’t know if it is CVS’s equipment, or lack of training/motivation. But I do know the associate that “assisted” me had an absolutely terrible attitude. Let’s hope it was simply a bad day. However I won’t be patronizing again...
