Anytime Fitness — Local services in Shiloh

So I was in the area for work and emailed this gym for a short pass to check out the gym. Austin,who I come to find out is the owner,texts me and asks how he can get me to sign with them. I explain my situation and say is there a way we can do month to month for now,as I'm not sure how long I'll be in the area.. No response.. I wait a couple hours and say is that possible? Again no response...all that day. So the next day I text him and say I'll tell you what would be a good start, and that's by returning text messages that you've sent to me and other potential customers.. That would be a great start. And I told him that behavior is very unprofessional.. He texts me back TWO days later and gives me some excuse followed by how they don't want me as a customer...

Really man? Why because I called you out on the way you conduct business?? Maybe if you were a decent businessman you wouldn't punishing me for your unprofessionalism and something that's your fault.

So I write back and say - no no you don't pass on me.. I pass on YOU!!

Great equipment, great owner, and a really pleasant member base. The regulars all feel like old friends and the atmosphere is inviting. You can't beat the convenience and location. Equipment is clean and there is a really good balance of variety. I don't participate in the classes but the facilities are the best I've been to for a non Tier 1 brand name gym.

The owner is local and friendly and the staff is always willing to help. My FOB (now cards) stopped working and I called he number at around 9pm. A staff member drove to the location from his home arriving in less than 10 minutes so I just had to wait a short bit. He let me in and fixed my card with zero hassles.

This is the type of gym we all want but assume we can't ever have. Highly...
