Lakeview Terrace Apartments — Local services in Shoreview

I am very much enjoying my stay at Lakeview Terrace apartment, in last 1 year. I came from a different country, and during pandemic times, the apartment and anything related to that was the most important thing for me, as I am working from home all the time. The Apartments are definitely an upgrade compare to any of the nearby apartments, with respect to size, facilities, security and quality being much better. Kitchen and bath are well constructed, closet area is big, washer\dryer units are within apartment and most of the backside apartments have a better and nice lake view. Most important, the people are nice, and connected. The apartment has underground heated parking which is secure and I realized the best use of it during winters. These factors make the apartment a bit more costly compare to few other choices in Shoreview, and I think, it’s totally worth in most of the aspects. The Apartment manager, Theresa, is amazing, transparent and extremely helpful. Many instances in last one year, where she went out of the way to help, and address any of the concerns immediately, even when I was not around. I heard similar experience about her from many others around. That level of excellent customer service and care of tenants, was also another reason that I decided to renew the lease. The facilities of Gym, Theater and party areas are small, but very well maintained with respect to hygiene and I never felt crowded or poor during pandemic time. People follow the rules, respect each other, wear mask all the time and do care. The food truck & competitions (door decoration) are additional joy here. Waiting for pandemic to get over so that we can have parties again. Overall, if you can afford some extra dollars, this is a very good place to stay. Hope this info will...

I have lived at Lakeview Terrace Apartments for about 6 months now. I was scouring apartments in the area as I was getting ready to move out of my parents home and Lakeview Terrace was the only place that checked my boxes of in-unit washer/dryer and covered parking, as well as being in the very convenient location of Shoreview, MN next to parks and trails, many grocery stores, close to Rosedale Mall, easy access to highways and an easy commute to my work place downtown St. Paul. The apartments still feel new with nice amenities, are very spacious with great cabinet space, I never hear my neighbors, there are nice balconies for summer time, and Theresa was great with communicating with me when I was eagerly awaiting and opening here.

The only small negative is because of the proximity to the train tracks. Knowing the location when building, I wish they would put more consideration into "noise cancelling" or would have done a better job at sound proofing or absorption of sound as it is very disruptive, and I still can not sleep through the loud rumble or ding ding ding of the trains that roll by at 10 pm, 2 am, 3 am, 5 am, 7 am, etc. especially as I am on the side of the building facing the train tracks and can't speak to if it's any different on the lake facing side of the building.

I would love to see improvement in that area, otherwise this is a very desirable apartment...

I've been living in this apartment for a year and ten months, and the management is really well done here. The manager is very responsive to requests, and even during her own vacation, she respond quickly, which surprised me. If you have elementary school-aged children, this apartment is in a great location. The elementary school and park are right in front of the building, only a minute away, making it very convenient. Additionally, the view of the small pond in front of the building is unique and beautiful. I really enjoy relaxing on the terrace on sunny days.

The hallways and lobby of the apartment complex are also kept very clean, and it feels like living in a really clean hotel. The management team takes great care to keep the common areas clean and tidy. This kind of management makes the apartment more pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend...
