I’ve been working out at BodyPro Impact with Lynnette since 2015. This gym sets the standard for cleanliness, professionalism, and FUN. The trainers are so knowledgeable and care about your success. They provide you with the tools to be successful and make meaningful recommendations to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I’ve discovered my love for Spin Class through Hailey and Bob, which was recommended to me by my trainer, Lynnette Martin.

I recently began using their BodyScanner to help me track my fitness process, and this has been a game changer for me! Not only does it keep track of progress, but it provides Lynnette with additional information to help her create a more custom workout plan to help us reach my fitness goals. It’s also a great motivator for me personally.

This gym is also actively involved in our community consistently giving back. Lynnette regularly puts on events to raise money, supplies. and awareness for various organizations including Gingerbread House, Children’s Miracle Network, Saved by Grace, and local schools to name a few.

What I first loved about Lynette is that we talked about my personal struggles with body image, and how hard it was for me to work out in public. She assured me that it was a positive group of people with no judgement, and that everyone was supportive. It has been an amazing experience, I no longer have that fear of working out in public, my body image after working with Lynette has soared. I also have some physical limitations that she is able to watch for , and help me with so I don’t injure myself. I can’t do that on my own. That’s why I keep coming back, because I have to have someone help me add weight, take away weight for me to get a great workout. I would highly recommend the classes as well. Love the New Location, the knowledgeable staff and how organized and clean the work out areas continue to be. THEY GET IT! I typically fast at least once a year. Lynette’s massage and the infrared sauna are essential to my success, these help my body to release toxins and restores balance.
