Office Depot — Local services in Shreveport

First off I hadn’t been here in over a year cause of rude customer service. Today my husband called to have a poster laminated for our business. I absolutely hate to be told one thing on the phone and when I arrived I’m told something different. The lady on the phone asked what time would we arrive and said she would turn the machine on cause it takes about 10 minutes to warm and it would take about 5 minutes to laminate. When we arrived and stood in line after a long wait the Asian lady (cause I didn’t catch her name) asked to help next in line but wasn’t friendly at all. When we tell her what we need she proceeded to ask the other worker did someone call about laminating work as if we didn’t just tell her that and then said it would be 30mins to an hour for a large poster. My husband was trying to explain what he was told over the phone but she want to over talk and tell us it would take that long cause of other customers. Well we were next in line so why do we have to wait for all the other customers to be serviced after we just stood in line watching other customers get all of their work completed while others wait in line. Her attitude is horrible and I will not be returning to this store for any thing else. Yes my money and where I spend it means something to me. And to not have been in this store for a whole year and nothing about the horrible customer service has changed is very sad. I left the store and called Kinko’s they gladly too care of us with great service!! I drove to the other side of time and paid more money and don’t mind cause I would rather spend my money where they know how to talk to customers. We called ahead and they had the machine ready when we arrived. Printing took less that 3 minutes and we were on our way. I recently had an outstanding experience at Office Depot, thanks to Manager Cody and Assistant Manager Paula. I came in to purchase an office desk, and once I mentioned that I didn’t have anyone to help move it since my husband had just undergone total knee replacement surgery that morning, they went above and beyond. Without hesitation, Coby and Paula offered to assist in moving the desk themselves, since they were just down the street from me. This act of kindness and customer care exemplifies the incredible service I’ve consistently received from this location. I just wanted to say that I had the most awesome experience at your 185 store today. I am traveling and needed a printing job done. Not only did Gazelle do an excellent job for me; she was also training a young lady at the same time.

I use your company all of the time. I stopped in the Frisco, TX location to have some work done. When I arrived at your location I found out that all three of my U S B files had been copied over. I do not understand how that could have happened but Gazelle efficiently pulled the copies from my phone and made beautiful prints for me.
