Worst experience ever. The employee in this location are very unprofessional and rude with evil intentions. I have installed in this location the remote starter in one of my cars few years ago. Recently the remote starter was working and I called them to ask how to reset the remote starter. The person who answered the phone told that I had to bring the car physically, but I could just pass by because it will be a easy fix. I stopped last week and one of the technician said this will take long and need to set up an appointment. We scheduled the appointment and I brought my car there. The guys took the car I finished all the process in 5-10 min, he did just a reset of the device. For this they charged me a full hour of labor $140. This suppose to be like routine maintenance included in initial installation package. They never told what will be the cost for this and didn't ask me if i agreed to pay this charge fir this service, that it must have been free on my knowledge.After I asked why, the guys was behaving like he will make a huge favor and will charge me only for half hour labor $70. So for this a simple device reset , 5 min work i had to pay $70. This is stealing people. You must disclose the fees and let the client decide if they want the service or not, if it is worth for them to pay that much money or not. If of they will had told me that for that minimum work that was the fee I will never had agreed. Information disclosure is the principle #1 in bussines. I will never go there for any of the services they offer , and I will make sure that all the people I know or will ask me never to go there. That place is a scam.... Absolutely i am not requiring you to ask your technician to work for free. What i am asking is that your technician has to be transparent and to inform clients and get their consent about the cost of the service, so let the client to decide if they want or not that service done, and don't put a gun in head of the client. I had katskinz leather seats installed here at this certified installer. I don’t have anything negative to say. The seats were installed and they work as they should. The staff and everyone I spoke with are very knowledgeable and very friendly. They made me feel very welcome. However I am a little bit disappointed with the work that was done to my truck. I have a 2022 gmc Sierra elevation and like I stated had them instal leather. The seats work fine as they should. When I picked up the truck and had it in my possession I went thought it to look at the work that was preformed just like anyone else who’s paying almost $2000 for seats. With that being said the leather on the driver side seat wasn’t tucked and pulled down all the way and was being pinched but the plastic section on the seat. I’m glad I caught that because it would have either damaged the seat or stayed permanently disfigured after months. The passnager front seat plastic on the side wasn’t clipped in and jammed into place. I had to remove it and properly secure it where the clips belong. That being said the same thing in the rear. Driver side rear bottom seat the plastic that covers the seat folding mechanism wasn’t even clipped in and was just hanging. I had to sit there and finesse the clips back into the spot they are supposed to be in. Same goes with the leather around the driver side rear seat head rest. It seemed to be pinched and the plastic rods are sticking out more than they should out of the seat cover. A little bit annoying honestly spending this kind of money. I had gone through reviews in Google and my expectation was high. I went in for dash cam install .And I should say they deserve all the good reviews. The work done was very professional, neat and quick. You can easily make out these guys are professionals and know what they are doing. Though the quoted charge was for 2 hrs they finished the work in just one and half hours and charged me only for those one and half hours. Also I got a quote for the tints and duplicate key. I will be definitely going back again. Thank you. Update As I said I will be going back to get the window tints and duplicate keys, I went and Igot it done and also went ahead and got the rear seat entertainment system installed. Along with it I got tints for the headlights and tail lights. As expected every work done was of the utmost quality and done in a professional manner. Every work done was explained and communications were very prompt. And everything was done within the time frame promised infact the work was completed before the promised time every time.
