I usually don't leave reviews, especially as a small business owner who understands that things don't always go perfectly. However, after two negative experiences with this company, I feel compelled to share my story to prevent others from facing similar issues.
Last year, I reserved the inflatable Halloween maze for my son’s birthday party. A week before the event, I was told my reservation was canceled due to overbooking. While I was understandably upset, I received my deposit back and had to scramble for a new party plan. Despite this, I decided to give the company another chance this year since my son really wanted the same inflatable for his party. I booked it again, received confirmation, and even sent out invitations.
But as you might guess, the same thing happened again. I got an email canceling my reservation and offering other items as compensation. I immediately tried to contact the owner, Walter, but he didn’t return my call. When we finally spoke, instead of understanding my frustration and trying to work with me, he was rude and dismissive. He claimed giving me 10 days’ notice was doing me a favor, and when I mentioned filing a BBB complaint, he abruptly decided not to do business with me at all.
I’ve sent all my email exchanges to the BBB, and I encourage anyone considering this company to read through the other negative reviews. You’ll notice a pattern of overbooking and poor communication, with Walter often responding defensively instead of taking responsibility. In my experience, this company is unprofessional and unreliable—think twice before trusting them with your event.

In our private emails, you attributed the issues to your computer system, yet in your public response, you seem to place the blame on me. In my initial review, I did mention that you offered a bundle deal. However, when I called to discuss the specifics—since I didn't need most of the items included—your receptionist informed me that you would get back to me the following week. This was particularly frustrating because planning a child's birthday party cannot be done with just a week’s notice. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in my rental from this weekend - first of all I highly suggest fixing your website because the false advertisement is what got me . I have a confirmation ( I booked a good 2 weeks in advance ) I booked a bounce house to be delivered Saturday and on the website it allows you to choose a later pick up for the next day so I chose 8pm the following day ( yes I know I should’ve went with my gut that it was too good to be true ) however in the 2 weeks no one called to tell me that the website wasn’t accurate- they did call to tell me they didn’t have the panel I requested and that’s fine no big deal .. BUT the panel they did give me ; didn’t stick at all - I called back on Saturday for a new one and no call back . Now when everything was delivered Saturday I spoke to the delivery driver and he told me I would need to pay extra to keep it the bounce house an extra day , again I told him and showed him my confirmation - I was to have all my rentals until 8pm the next day - he explained that the website has been allowing people to do that and it’s not accurate — SO RENTERS BEWARE. Read moreRented a bounce house previously from Moonwalks by Magic World and it was a great experience. Unfortunately, our second experience was not the same. We set up the bounce house and it was clear it was not cleaned before renting it to us which the owner admitted to. Refuse, brown stains, grass, etc see attached photos. I spoke with the owner who offered 1/2 off the rental. I spent over 30 minutes cleaning the bounce house myself, my son got a splinter in his toe while trying it out and i contacted the company immediately after speaking with them and they didn't answer so i reached out via email letting them know I'd like a full refund. I contacted them on Monday and spoke with the owner who acknowledged receiving the email which they didn't respond to and as a result I'll have to take this up with my credit card company. Despite his comments below we were fearful of actually using such a dirty and like contaminated bounce house. He was rude and arrogant and there are many rental options available.
