Well I have been debating on writing a review but I think it’s time. The female in the office that helped us was great no complaints there. But the crew and general contractor was a joke. Not only did they want me to paint after the cabinets where up because of their time line. That basically made me rush to get the painting done in one day. Even though the walls where just closed up. On top of that they would only contact you through email and if you did get ahold of the GC on the phone he seemed annoyed. The crew made multiple mistake like laying the floor down and having to rip half of it back up an redo it. Now just after a year the floor is coming up. The kid who did the back splash got sent back to our house on accident but we walked in to the house from being out back an he was just randomly in the house with out knocking or waiting for us to let him in. The cabinet doors need to be already readjusted cause they are off after a short period of time. Oh an to add to everything. The new French door is off an at times won’t close properly. But my biggest thing is they never had the final inspection done. I feel like cause it was not 100k kitchen they could care less in the outcome. I do not recommend...

We recently completed a total kitchen renovation with MSK furnishing design, cabinet, countertops and back splash, while installation labor was by a private contractor of our choosing. This was our first major indoor renovation project. Jenn Bastien was our designer & sales consultant, and even though we were total reno novices, Jenn was extremely patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Jenn was a true, no pressure consultant who helped us navigate the overwhelming and seemingly infinite options to select a final design that we loved on paper and love even more so now that it’s installed! Communication was timely, thorough, and accurate with responses to all calls and emails. We did receive one cabinet with handling damage that was not known until opened. MSK immediately ordered a replacement with no hesitation, pushback or BS. The end product came out looking just like the model with no re-work or remodeling required. We would absolutely do business with Jenn and MSK again and we recommend...

Unfortunately, I can't write a good review. I visited the location in Shrewsbury and the PM came to measure the kitchen and the bathroom project. We are talking about two rennovation projects and those are not cheap.I was told I was going to get a design and the quote in the very next week and I have been waiting for a quote for one month now and they just don't respond. I found myseld calling and sending emails asking for the quote and I felt I was begging for a professional treatment. Last time I heard back, I was told I was getting a quote by last week and that promise was also not honored and I didn't even hear back from them why its late again. I guess its a good sign not to do business with them, it could be much worse if I had signed a contract and put the deposit down and be pushed around as I have been. I wonder if the owner of the business is aware he is losing clients and money for the lack of professionalism of the employees. I...
