I’d first like to say that Jack helped me as much as he could, asked me a lot of questions, and was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. However, I’m leaving a 1 star review on my experience because I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge provided to your front of house staff especially when it comes to new specialty products. I came in looking for information regarding the AiroPods as I have an AiroPro battery which is my favorite pen I’ve used but have not been able to find the pods in a long time. I wanted to purchase one of the 1g pods but was unsure if these pods are a new design and might not be compatible with my original AiroPro, as you only carry the AiroSport. We were unable to confirm so I had to settle for a different .5g pod at a higher price per gram and left feeling very disappointed. It took 30 seconds of a google search when i got home to find the answer: the Airo pods are compatible with both the AiroPro and AiroSport. I called to follow up on this and was told that because it was new “nobody knows anything about them” which is honestly an unacceptable answer. To offer a new specialty product and not provide the client facing staff with important product information does nothing but limit their ability to effectively help customers. So to reiterate, Jack (as well as the rest of your front of house staff) are wonderful and attentive, and management or whoever is responsible for educating them on new product knowledge needs...

Read moreUsed to love this place, but recently had to take a SuperFlux (their house brand) cart back because it had leaked and half of it was in the tube. This was pretty unusual for them, but I understand sometimes this stuff happens.
When I got there the staff was very unhelpful and hostile to me just asking for an exchange. First I was told it was impossible. Then I was told they couldn't because I didn't have a receipt and it was too long ago (it was about 2 weeks later - this had been the last cart I opened out of a few I got). When I asked to speak to a manager, another staff member who wasn't even originally talking to me shouted across the room at me that the person who told me "I can't exchange this" was "a lead" - whatever that means?
I'm a med patient, so they have complete records of my purchases, complete with the lot numbers (and they could immediately see the purchase in their records). The manager who eventually did exchange the cart was clearly pissed at me and didn't even let me explain what was going before taking over. All in all, I felt ganged up on just for trying to get what I'd paid for.
