Travis should not be working with children at all! We had a birthday party booked for a 6 year old handicapped child with other handicapped children and Travis was more concerned with his friends at the bar and drinking rather than doing his literal job. He got frustrated because he had to keep getting stuck balls from the lanes or resetting them. Travis literally walked to and got In the face of TWO small disabled children, yelled and cussed them out for bowling. The pins were down so they threw the ball and because a ball got stuck Travis flipped out! Absolutely traumatizing for our children. He refused the name of the owner or any info so we the parents could say something. Normally a super awesome place, no longer a place my kids feel safe due to Travis!...
