Went and got some groceries and asked for help to which i was told its over there somewhere, cashier seemed as if I was bothering her for going through her line. Store seemed dark and shelves were bare with nothing behind what was pushed to the front of them. Got home and went to make lunch and opened a package of sandwich size cheese and when i pulled the cheese out it was molded. So I took it back in the morning and a lady at the "service counter" im sorry im closing! I said i just won't to replace this cheese cause of the molding and showed to her, she replied "oh do you have a receipt cause their is nothing we can do without a receipt" and was rude how she said it. After tring to explain who keeps a receipt since like most people who throw it away my kids and I left and told her dont worry ill throw it away and will never be back in this store again. Employees at a grocery store shouldn't be allowed to walk around with their faces/bodies covered in political advertising. Free speech and freedom of expression is great but you also need to be professional and realize that you work for a private company where not all freedoms apply whilst at work. Polarizing your customers and allowing workers that represent the brand to give the impression that IGA as a company is backing one side or another is probably not great...

I was the only customer when I entered this morning. I walked up to the express line when I found the 5 items I needed and the cashier told me, "He can help you over there," as she nodded behind her. Weird. But ok. I went to his line and he did not utter a word. He rang up my items and just looked at me. When my card cleared he handed me the receipt without a word.
