Subway — Restaurant in Montana

If I could give this place no stars I would. I put in an order for two subs at this Subway location through the mobile app. It said it would be done at 12:35. I went in at 12:41 to find that my sub had not been started after waiting to be helped for ten minutes. The worker asked if I was the online order. To which I said yes. She then said that she hadn’t started it yet. I said I put the order in 20 minutes ago. Then she got all snippy and said, “if you’re gonna act like that then you can just leave.” I didn’t even have a time or anything with her. Then I had to wait until the whole sandwich line was cleared before she would even start making my sandwiches. Needless to say this location sucks and needs some customer service and training on how online app orders should be handled. My sandwich should have been made in the line when the order was put in. Was at Subway 11/5/2020 at 11:30. The two girls were doing a mobile order, no big deal. 30 sandwiches, im told they were almost done. Ok, cool. They finish the 30 sandwiches, and then answer the phone, took another mobile order or 10 sandwiches, and instead of starting mine since they were done with the first mobile order, they STARTED THE SECOND MOBILE ORDER and told me I would just have to wait.

Obviously I left, but seriously? Stephanie or whoever the manager is now needs to talk to those employees about customer service. That was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention it took them 30 minutes to make like 5 sandwiches, and on top of it all they kept touching their faces and not changing their gloves.

Absolutely disgusted with the decline of our once great sidney subway. Decided to order delivery tonight as i havent been feeling good and didnt want to go out and risk spreading whatever ive caught around town, and boy was that a mistake. Both of my sandwiches were DROWNED in sauces, soggy, missing ingredients that were put on the order, and overall very unpleasant or straight inedible. One of them was so soggy and squished i couldnt even pick it up, it just fell apart in my hands. If i could rate negative stars based off this experience i would. I apologize to not only the people of sidney but the owners of this once fine establishment that they have to see this review but everyone deserves to know the truth.
