If you fall victim to the lack of housing available on Fort Huachuca I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a place to live. I have rented in many different military towns across the country and this has by far been the worst experience with a property management company and their extortionist ways. Annamaria Hamilton is the current manager in a long line of subpar performers. She will say one thing to you face to end the conversation quickly and then use her powers as a property manager to do another. Expect to pay an exorbitant amount of money when moving out for “cleaning and painting fees” after living in a space for only 6 months. With no explanation as to how the fee value is actually assigned. $695 to be exact. Also expect to pay a $300 redecorating fee which goes into the pockets of someone who does not spend it on decorations. If you do have to live here I hope the best for you and all of the little cockroaches that you will also be living with.

I loved living in Galeria de Coronado. The units are open concept and have a small yard. The staff is terrific and brings the community together will hold annual events like a Halloween party for the kids. There is a pool for those who want to swim and It's close to shopping and sevice stores.

Update 10/03/2019

I have yet to receive any more response to my email or in person communications with the Galeria. The only response I have received is the one to my original post here in which the Galeria represented that it issued a return of my deposit on 9/30. I received that check today...just $125 of the total $550 deposit. There was no accounting, no explanation of any sort for the remaining $425. There was no one available when I moved out to walk the property with me. The bottom line: I left the property much cleaner when I moved out than it was when I moved in. I did not put a single hole in any of the walls. The fact that this company would hold back $425 without any discernable basis, let alone any explanation to me directly, is just questionable business practices. While I'd rather deal with this process privately, I have received no responses to my communications. I've lowered my rating to 1 star. Potential renters, beware.

I visited Galeria in January 2019 when Tammy was the property manager. Tammy was very responsive and I could tell she did a great job as the property manager. I moved across country from the East Coast into a townhome at the Galeria in March. Sadly, shortly thereafter, Tammy left unexpectedly and with no notice. I lived at the Galeria only 6 months until my house was built. During that brief period, the community had a total of 4 property managers. They came and went. The maintenance person left. After Tammy left, there were no community gatherings, the office seemed to be closed more often than it was open, and the overall experience The units are nice aesthetically but poolyinsulated. We routinely heard our neighbors. On move-out, there was really nobody in the office. My lease was up on September 14. I have yet to get my refundable deposit returned and haven't received a response to my inquiries. I'm not sure what is going on in this community but would be leery for the...

We have been residents of Galeria de Coronado now for almost three years. Our experience has been delightful. The management and maintenance services have always been prompt to meet our needs.

Management has been very professional in their approach to handling the many affairs of our community to make sure the environment operates smoothly and properly. Anna is our property manager and she is kind, courteous, and always efficient in handling our business. Her outstanding professional conduct makes our community operate efficiently.

David is the maintenance service professional and is also outstanding. He is always friendly and eager to help. David responds to maintenance requests quickly and has always completed tasks above and beyond our satisfaction. David is a valuable asset to the community and his skills are irreplaceable. He always stops by with a friendly smile checking on our property to make sure everything is running as it should be and to ask if we need any assistance. This is greatly appreciated to know he cares about his responsibilities on the property.

In short, Anna and David make a great team and we think you would be happy living in such a welcoming environment...
