BROTHERS MARKET — Local services in Sigourney

I am camping in town for work, have stopped here not once, but twice. And both times have been an absolute waste of time and money. First time i got ROTTEN MEAT from their “made fresh” meat counter. Second time, i picked up some fresh broccoli, looked good from what you could see from outside the bag… more than half of it was thrown away due to mold, or just rotting away. Wont ever spend another dime at this place. I will drive the 20 miles and go to walmart...

I've visited this market for years while visiting friends in Sigourney. It is a small market catering to the locals. There are plenty of those short grocery list items. The meat and deli is pretty decent for a small market. The produce department is very limited. I suppose the locals shop for those items in larger stores outside of Sigourney. I'm big on fresh produce, and this really isn't for that. But meat and beer...
