This is my 1st time ever writing a review. I took my family to get haircuts. I never had an issue until my last visit. I was respectful and polite, even when I had to take my son back to get his hair fixed. I went to back to life barbershop to get myself and my kids a haircut. Joseph messed up my oldest son’s hair. I noticed his hair was a lot shorter than what my son wanted. I went home and my son came to me showing me how uneven his hair was. I called Joseph politely and explained how my son’s haircut turned out. I asked him if he can fix it, and Joesph said yes. My son had to get a fade in order to fix his hair. Which means his hair was even shorter. Joseph recommended Bailee because he is good with scissors. Joseph didn’t even apologize for mistake. I wasn’t rude, and I know people make mistakes. I thanked him for fixing my son’s hair. I called to make an appointment with Joseph & Bailey. Joseph scheduled the appointments and 40 minutes later, I received a text message that my appointments were canceled, and I couldn’t make any appointments with them anymore. There was no explanation why I couldn’t go back with my family. I guess, Joseph wanted me to pay for his mistake. But if this was the case, why should I pay twice for a haircut that should have been done right the 1st time. My phone number was blocked and also the site to make appointments. Like I mentioned, I was not rude, I was respectful. This is not how you run a business. This is very unprofessional and this is not how you treat your customers. I walked into his shop looking like a caveman and walked out channeling my inner Rico Suave – no exaggeration! Every time I get a cut, I have to convince my wife I'm not leaving her for a modeling career, because I feel like a city boy.

I've been with Ray since I moved to the area nearly three years ago and I can quite confidently say that I've never been disappointed with a cut.
