UPDATE I had been having some issues with the Jeep and over time the problems got worse. To the point the cooling system failed. I ended bringing it back to Northridge and talking with Robert he figured out the water pump and radiator had failed. He got in touch with AMW and within a little over a week had all the parts at the shop to get me back on the road. The Jeep is running a lot cooler within the normal temp range. A few weeks after having the cooling system replaced the catalytic converters went. The Jeep has less than 40k for miles and I had just delt with the failed cooling system which wasn't cheap to replace so I was more than a little frustrated. Emailed Robert and he got in touch with AMW again. Alex from AMW contacted me and we had a really good conversation which ended up with them shipping out the replacement parts at no cost. I had to pick up the cost of labor which I had no problem with. Got the Jeep back yesterday and it runs like new. The guys at Northridge know Jeeps inside and out. Robert was a total professional keeping me in the loop throughout all of the repairs. Dave and his team can be trusted and I will continue to have the Jeep serviced and modified at their shop. Thanks Dave, Robert and the rest of team at Northridge 4x4!
I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service I received while having my 2020 Gladiator modified by the crew at Northridge 4x4 in Silverdale WA. I spoke with Dave the owner and Maxx my sales guy multiple times during the build via phone calls, emails and even Facebook Messenger. They always kept me in the loop and provided updates on the status of the build. If there was an issue they promptly told me about it and provided options to overcome the hurdle. They took a personal interest in what I wanted to do and were quick to take my recommendation and provide positive or negative feedback. They had the Jeep for a little over 2 weeks since this was a very complex build which included a complete engine and transmission swap, lift, tires, wheels. In the end I couldn’t be happier with the how the build turned out and absolutely love driving this beast. If you are looking for a shop to get some work done or maybe just a parts supplier who actually has what you are looking for in stock give them a call you will not be...
Read moreWorst customer service I think I have ever had. I took my jeep in to have the shift linkage adjusted after putting a low range 2 wd kit in it. I also asked them to check if a plug was loose cause my 4x4 light wasn't coming on when I put it in fourwheel drive. When I came badfk to pick up my jeep all Carl could tell me was the linkage was adjusted and they couldn't figure out why the light didn't come on. They charge me 400.00 to adjust the linkage. I almost crapped my pants. I asked to speak to the mechanic that did the work, but he ws too busy working on another vehicle. I asked to speak to anyone that could tell what they did to my jeep. and Carl said he could check with the person that test drove the jeep. Tht person was on the phone and couldn't talk to me. I paid the bill and left. Several hours later I got a ride to pick up the jeep. This time I spoke with Max. He said the mechanic had gone home, but the linkage should be fine and they could order a new censer for the 4x4 light and see if that was the problem. I'm not going to pay for a part and have it installed if they aren't even sure that is the problem..Max said if there were any issues with the shifter to bring it back. I will never had Northridge work on a vehicle for me ever again. This is no way to treat a customer. And besides 400.00 to adjust the shifter linkage is crazy UPDATE: After posting this review I received a call from Eric at NOrthridge. He said he didn't know what went wrong, but they don't do business this way. He said the shifter linkage should have only been a hour labor and he offered to refund me 3hrs extra that I was charged. He also offered to take another look at the sensor issue if I would let them. I took my jeep in today and the took care of me on their dime. Thanks Eric Kudos to you for stepping up and taking care of the customer. It says a lot about how you do business. ...
Read moreOrdered a full set of assembled 10 factory front rubi chromo axle shafts and recieved an empty box. Meanwhile, my jeep was just dropped at shop to get geared and have these new shafts put in. Then northridge made me pay for expidited shipping of replacement trying to get them there on time to be installed. So now I'm set back more time and money. Not happy. Not my fault. So then, when I had the product finally installed, they were machined incorrectly from the manufacturer and would not fit. I had to make a claim for a new item again through them. All this while my jeep was at a axle shop to get geared and resulted to picking up jeep with stock shafts back in and repay to have chromos put in later again. So disappointed I bought anything through these guys. Turned out to be nothing but a nightmare. Wont shop here ever again. Never had an issue like this or any hesitation from any competitors to correct a problem, take care of it and make things right. I have built 5 jeeps. No little spender here. I will be glad to spend my money...
