Extremely slow customer service. Stood in line for nearly 10 minutes while one rep was having trouble returning an item from another customer. She leaves for a few minutes to go get the manager. The manager comes over and tries to do the return but cant so she resets the register. Manager walks over and opens a new register and calls for customers to come down. I bring my things over place them on the counter then out of nowhere the manager walks back over and grabs the other customer and starts handling his issue before ringing out my few items. That is extremely poor customer service. Now the guy is confused and doesnt know if he wants to return it or exchange it. After he walks away to go get another product and only after i let out a agitated groan that my things were rang up. Then as im walking up to the register someone else comes out the back? This just screams lazy to me and the store needs customer service training...
   Read moreThe employees are friendly but something is lacking. Usually have any general item you need. Could spend more time putting everything on the shelves/hangers neatly. I don't like how the building is stocked full of stuff that they put things in front of the doors. Also, BEWARE of the bugs at night (mole crickets). Last thing, don't get there at 9:55pm thinking you are going to be allowed to go in and grab a snack or drink...
