UPDATE: Your response was very unprofessional and with an insincere apology. Everything you said in your response are all excuses for bad customer service. I will go somewhere else if this is how to speak to your customers. Thank you for showing me what youâre like, but please accept that your customers are your #1 job, not how youâre entitled to run your business.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This place should reconsider their policy on booking appointments, especially when people need to de-junk their homes, and then the client booking an appointment will need to ask for time off from their employers just to be able to go to their appointments here. A policy to book several weeks in advance is only a lose-lose for customer service, and this is absolutely not how it works. The one place on York Street I enjoyed but sadly closed over a year ago had superior customer service and they never required us to book an appointment. This place can easily take advice from other consignment shop businesses and understand that their #1 core focus is their customers. There are some nice pieces here, and the staff was also very kind and helpful. I bought a very nice mid-century modern bar cart/buffet cart, and the staff helped me load it into my car as well.
