I went to WITcc for automotive tech for 2 years, passed and graduated. But...... My first year was all about building shop cars the school made $$$ on. The car building did not pertain to the class details. Was supposed to learn how to use a scope tester and couldn't learn because shop car wasn't going to be done on time. Was also supposed to go on a field trip both years and didn't go because the first year teacher was more worried about building a 60's shop truck. Don't get me wrong I met lots of sweet people and had a good time but it was a waste for what I paid. The only things I really learned was in the second year class and after I graduated. I go to University of Iowa and I wanted to get some classes done online at WIT in the summer. I applied and received an email saying I should be getting an email back from WIT regarding my login but weeks later I still haven't recieved anything. I called and was placed on hold for an hour and still no one picked up. And mind you I took online classes at WIT before when I was in high school. I called them regarding my login same thing happened and so I left a voicemail. I didn't recieved a call back until 2 weeks later. I don't understand because University of Iowa is 10x bigger than WIT but when I call any department, they either pick up right away or call me back...
