Nice space and selection. The first time I went in I was sent by my hubby and had a very nice young man help me (wish I knew his name) and get me what I was needing. This evening the hubby and I went in as he had broke a couple parts off his Stampede. We live outside of Sioux Falls and needed to take a trip into town and thought we'd stop in. It was about 10-15 mins before closing. Well, this visit was not as pleasant as the last. There was only 1 person working by the name of Ryan. I am here to tell you that I am so glad that he DID NOT help me when I myself went in. He made us feel like we were wasting his time. He was rather rude and we pretty much got the vibe that he was ready to close and wanted us out, but we came to get what we needed and that is what we were going to do. 6 was closing, NOT 5:50pm. Why the hell be in this business if you cant show your customers appreciation, be patient and just fake it. This isn’t the place it used to be, limited selection to Traxxas. Might as well call it Traxxas Town of middle earth. No 1/8 scale accessories or tires. NO team losi, team associated, Tamiya, Mugen, kyosho, and other ‘major’ brands. Have mostly Traxxas stadium trucks, and monster trucks. Most of what they carry now are basher RC products like helion and wouldn’t last one race without breaking or even keep up. They need to go back to what it used to be with swing out panels and carry more parts. But I don’t see that happening, it’s a shame.

Bought a shark-fishing game for a 5 year old. (The box said for children over 4 yrs) The hinge broke less than 1 minute into the game. The small screw holding up the top jaw of the shark stripped its threads and the lid detached. Poor design. Took it back to the store and the young man at the counter gave me a blank stare when I showed him the problem. I suggested he let the distributor know about the inferior product. Another blank stare. I turned to leave and he said I could take it with me. I said that is ok and left, never to return. Too bad, I probably averaged $25 in sales sales each month.
