I would never buy from here.

My mother purchased a used set that was represented as "Like new" and everything seemed it would be a great purchase. However, on the very first load immediately after they were delivered (purchased Sat afternoon, delivered/set up Sat. evening), the washer walked across the room and off the pedestal when it was spinning the wash (Sat. night). It was so bad that the house shook. I immediately contacted the owner. It was a literal nightmare to work with him to get it repaired. The guarantee was not what was represented to us at the shop. I had to request a copy of the guarantee because we were verbally told one thing (90 day) at the shop during purchase and then a different thing on the phone (10 day return/30 day repair). It took weeks to get the owner to return to repair the washer. There are still issues with the spin cycle of the washer. My 82 year old mother gave up getting things repaired by the owner. Be...

Victor is awesome to work with. I’ve been looking for a newer dryer for a while now and came across Spin Cycle last Friday. We met Friday and looked at the dryers he had available and I decided I wanted something with a few more features. He had one by Monday morning and had it delivered for free to my front door that afternoon! I Greatly appreciated his effort and communication in finding me what I was looking for so fast! Highly recommend going through Spin cycle instead of waiting 6+ months with parts shortages for the big box stores to maybe be able to get you what you ordered!...

Appliances are getting more and more expensive to replace each year so every bit of effort, know how and experience put towards making them last longer is literally money in the bank. Victor has been an absolute go to whenever anything stops working properly or isn't operating like it should. When things couldn't be fixed he was able to offer a great variety of reasonably priced appliances to choose from.
